These fully customisable machines dose cream, yogurt, ice cream, soup, sauce and thick products into jars, cups, buckets or trays, then seal or lid them — fully automatically.
You can choose the processing stations: destackers, sanitising, dosing, vibrators, sealing, lidding, printers, removal with realignment, robot integration and any kind of pick-and-place.
Packages can be heat-sealed with pre-cut aluminium discs or film reels; with film, modified atmosphere or vacuum packaging is also possible.
