For over fifteen years we have been building thermoforming machines made to measure for every packaging need. Design starts on a blank sheet: you tell us the package, hourly output and packaging technology you need.

With a few clear inputs, we quickly propose our best solution — including customisations that larger competitors cannot accommodate. You get a unique machine built on your specifications, with no compromises.

We build professional machines with the best parts available, which is why we do not offer “entry-level” models that compromise reliability.

Technology

Built heavy duty, around your package

Each machine is built on a heavy-duty, made-to-measure steel frame. Forming and sealing chambers are machined from solid aluminium, driven by electric or pneumatic systems with oversized leverage mechanisms.

We build machines for flexible, semi-rigid or rigid base film up to 900 μm, with fully customisable package size and shape. Packaging can be sealing only, vacuum, modified atmosphere, skin and skin protruding.

Cross and length-wise cutting systems for flexible or rigid film, including shaped cutting, are manufactured in-house.
