About Gemini
The configuration goes from 1 to 10 rows depending on package size, for outputs up to 15,000 pieces per hour.
The frame is sturdy AISI 304 stainless steel built from folded and ribbed plate, with stainless panels protecting water-sensitive parts. Tray drag chains are stainless steel, resistant to the chemicals used in washing.
Each steel tray is designed for the customer’s packages and can include aluminium containment rings or polyzene cavities. A PLC with intuitive touch-screen HMI coordinates every phase, and all electrical parts are placed at the top of the machine to protect them during washing.
